How does a DIDS™ engagement progress?

At the IAD we have a unique four-step client engagement process. This comprehensive approach is designed to facilitate significant growth for both individuals and organisations. 


Allow us to walk you through each stage:

We begin by thoroughly exploring your objectives while introducing you to our Dynamic Intelligence Development System (DIDS™) and key concepts like Cognitive Intentions. This initial stage is crucial for two reasons:


  1. It provides you with a clear understanding of how our solutions can address your specific challenges and goals.
  2. It allows us to develop a tailored proposal that aligns precisely with your needs and constraints.


We’ll start with a 30 minute video call with as many follow-ups as needed. We don’t hard sell as we believe our solution sells itself to those that will truly benefit from it.

In the Opening Awareness phase, we analyse and feedback on individual and team Thinking Styles. This step serves as an excellent introduction to our methodology, offering substantial value at a relatively modest investment.


For participants, this stage illuminates their cognitive processes—how they perceive, process, and respond to information. This newfound self-awareness often proves to be a transformative experience, setting the stage for further development.
